WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Caiado Branco involves careful vineyard management and meticulous winemaking. Grapes are hand-harvested and hand-selected before being transported to the winery for further manual selection. The must is clarified and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15°C to maintain freshness. The wine is bottled unfiltered. The winery is situated on 350 hectares, benefiting from the region's Mediterranean ecosystem.
