WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Caiado Rosé is produced using grapes that are hand-harvested and selected in the cellar. The grapes undergo gentle pressing, and the resulting juice is clarified. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, between 14°C and 16°C, in stainless steel tanks. This process is designed to preserve the wine's fresh fruit character. The wine is then aged in stainless steel to maintain its vibrancy.
