WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted using low-intervention techniques supervised by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. The fruit consists of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (clones 169, 191, and 337) harvested from head-trained old vines on loam soils. The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels from coopers Baron and Remond before bottling in June 2018. Total production was strictly limited to just 24 barrels.
