WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Camigliano Rosso di Montalcino 2021 is produced from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 25-26°C, with a maceration period of 8-10 or 20-30 days, utilizing the délestage technique. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels of 60 hl. The grapes are organically grown and certified by Suolo e Salute S.r.l. The estate also engages in careful clonal experimentation in its vineyard cultivation.
