ABOUT THIS WINE
The Campolargo family has been cultivating vineyards in Portugal's coastal Bairrada region since the 1920s. For decades, they sold their high-quality fruit to local cooperatives, but in 2000, the third generation took the leap to bottle wines under their own family name. Operating from a modern, gravity-fed winery completed in 2004, Campolargo has earned a reputation as a pioneering producer. They are celebrated for blending local traditions with international grape varieties, utilizing the region's unique maritime climate to craft highly gastronomic, terroir-driven wines.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
This sparkling rosé is crafted using the traditional method (Método Clássico). The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested manually and undergo complete destemming, followed by static decantation. The primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit characteristics. The secondary fermentation occurs entirely in the bottle. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for a minimum of 18 months before disgorgement, allowing for the development of delicate autolytic complexity.
