ABOUT THIS WINE
Marco Carpineti is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Lazio region, specifically on the volcanic slopes of Cori. Since taking over the family estate in 1994, Carpineti has dedicated his work to preserving and championing ancient, near-forgotten native grape varieties like Bellone and Arciprete. The estate's vineyards benefit from unique volcanic soils and cooling sea breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea, producing wines of remarkable purity, minerality, and historical significance.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Capolemole Bianco is crafted entirely from the native Bellone grape. The grapes are hand-harvested from organically and biodynamically managed vineyards. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, primary fruit characteristics and vibrant acidity of the grape. The wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for several months before bottling, enhancing its texture and complexity without the influence of oak.
