The Herdade dos Lagos Carapeto is produced using grapes from the Alentejano region. Fermentation is carried out spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, utilizing indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for eight months, with 90% maturing in stainless steel tanks and 10% in French oak barrels. The estate employs organic farming methods and utilizes solar energy as part of its commitment to sustainability.
