WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested manually in small 15 kg boxes to prevent bruising and preserve fruit purity. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to extract vibrant color and supple tannins while avoiding over-extraction. The winemaking team incorporates semi-carbonic maceration and emphasizes temperature control and gentle handling to retain the bright, primary fruit aromatics of the Monastrell grapes.
