The vineyard is situated on limestone hills within the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, a geological formation that contributes to the character of the wine. The estate is committed to organic and biodynamic farming practices.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Carra Pic Saint-Loup undergoes traditional vinification with gentle extraction achieved through punching down in concrete and conical wooden vats. Fermentation is initiated by native yeasts with temperature control. Maceration in concrete tanks lasts for 3 to 4 weeks. Following vinification, the wine is aged for a minimum of 10 months in concrete vats. Harvest is performed by hand or machine, with grapes being entirely destemmed prior to winemaking.
