WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Casa Gran del Siurana Cruor are hand-harvested from the estate's vineyards. Following harvest, the grapes undergo maceration for 25-30 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 25-28°C. Fermentation occurs in both stainless steel tanks and small wood. The winemaking process emphasizes gentle handling to preserve structure and elegance. The wine is then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, which may include both new and used oak.
