The Castelgufo Chianti Riserva Organic 2021 is an organic red wine from the Chianti DOCG appellation in Tuscany, Italy. Produced by Castelgufo in cooperation with Cerester, it is made from organically grown grapes. The vineyards are located in the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Siena, at altitudes between 150 and 650 meters, on rocky, clay-rich soils. The wine represents a continuation of Tuscan winemaking traditions with an emphasis on natural harmony.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Castelgufo Chianti Riserva Organic 2021 is made from organically grown grapes. Following harvest, the grapes are crushed, and the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration. The wine is then aged for a total of 24 months, which includes a period of six months on oak and 18 months in the bottle. Some aging may also occur in French oak barrels.
