ABOUT THIS WINE
The Catch & Release Sauvignon Blanc Organic is an IGP Pays d'Oc white wine from Les Domaines Auriol in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The wine's name and label are inspired by a collaboration with a Swedish fishing tackle store, symbolizing its versatility with seafood. Les Domaines Auriol, a family-owned winery founded in 1995, has a long-standing commitment to organic farming, being one of the largest organic producers in the Languedoc. The grapes are cultivated on slopes that receive ample sunlight from the Mediterranean, a characteristic of this diverse wine-growing area.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Catch & Release Sauvignon Blanc Organic undergoes a winemaking process that begins with short skin contact before fermentation. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, a technique chosen to maintain the wine's freshness and aromatic intensity. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel. This approach focuses on preserving the varietal characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes without the influence of oak, resulting in a wine intended for current enjoyment.
