ABOUT THIS WINE
Catulliano is produced by Pratello, an estate located on the hills of Padenghe sul Garda in Lombardy. Under the guidance of the Bertola family, Pratello operates with a deep commitment to environmental sustainability, biodiversity, and organic farming. The vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate influenced by Lake Garda, which mitigates temperatures and provides constant breezes, allowing the Turbiana grapes to develop optimal complexity and balanced acidity.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Turbiana grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo a gentle pressing to extract only the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, primary fruit characteristics of the variety. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for several months, enhancing its texture and complexity before bottling.
