WINE MAKING PROCESS
Celia Rosé Monastrell is produced from 100% Monastrell grapes. The winemaking process begins with hand-harvesting and careful selection of the grapes. Must extraction is performed quickly to isolate the high-quality first must. Fermentation occurs with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures to preserve fruit aromas. A distinctive technique involves retaining some natural carbon dioxide in the wine before bottling, contributing to its freshness and a subtle sparkling sensation.
