WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Cépages Pays d'Oc Chardonnay is produced using 100% Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking process involves vinifying grapes from different vineyard parcels separately. Fermentation is carried out at controlled low temperatures, around 18°C, in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas of the fruit. Following fermentation, the wine may undergo aging on its fine lees for several months, a technique that adds complexity and texture. The wine is typically aged in stainless steel tanks.
