WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Cezar Kis-Balatoni Chardonnay 2023 is produced through a process that begins with destemming, crushing, and immediate gentle pressing. The must is then subjected to a reductive, controlled fermentation using selected yeasts at temperatures between 14-18°C, lasting for two weeks. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes clarification, filtration, and bottling.
