WINE MAKING PROCESS
Champagne Gounel-Lassalle's Esprit Voyageur is produced using grapes from Premier Cru vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with some wine potentially fermented in large oak casks. Malolactic fermentation is typically carried out. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by an extended aging period on lees for at least three years. It is then disgorged with no added dosage (Brut Nature). The estate employs sustainable and biodynamic viticulture practices, with low sulfur dioxide usage.
