WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine Donatsch Chardonnay Passion 2020 is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels and is subsequently aged on its lees for 12 months. For the 'Passion' cuvée, 30% new French oak is utilized during the aging process. The vineyards are managed using near-natural practices, adhering to ecological performance certificate rules, which include cover crops, biological fertilization, and a reduction in fungicide use, with no herbicides or insecticides applied.
