WINE MAKING PROCESS
Robertson Chardonnay 2023 is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Twenty percent of the must undergoes fermentation in oak barrels, while the remaining eighty percent is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 80 days. The alcohol by volume is 13.5%, with a residual sugar of 6.3 g/l and total acidity of 5.6 g/l.
