WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Belair-Monange utilizes careful vineyard management to cultivate its grapes. Following harvest, fermentation takes place, likely in controlled environments to preserve fruit character. The wine then undergoes aging for 14 months in oak barrels, with a portion being new oak, before bottling. The producer's approach prioritizes the quality of the fruit and vineyard practices.
