WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Bouscassé Les Jardins Philosophiques 2018 is produced using a slow pressing technique for the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, between 16 and 18°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a maturation period of 10 to 12 months on its fine lees in vats, with regular stirring. This process aims to build texture and complexity without the use of oak barrels.
