WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Capbern 2015 is produced from hand-harvested grapes, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled conical stainless-steel tanks for 18 to 21 days, utilizing micro-bubbling and co-inoculation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in tank. The wine then undergoes 18 months of aging in French oak barrels, with 60% being new oak.
