WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2020 vintage was crafted using 100% certified organic and biodynamic practices. Grapes were harvested manually and underwent rigorous double sorting, including optical selection. Vinification was conducted plot-by-plot in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and small oak barrels to ensure precise extraction. Following a four-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, natural malolactic fermentation took place. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, developing structural integration and refined complexity.
