WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are sourced from a low-yielding plateau at an elevation of 250 meters, where the vines average 40 years of age. The terroir features a mix of silty-clay, red clay, and sandstone soils, heavily covered with alluvial rounded pebbles (galets ronds) that store daytime heat and release it slowly at night. Winemaking follows traditional Southern Rhône methods, focusing on preserving the vibrant fruit character and smooth tannin structure of the organic grapes.
