WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Château De Fesles La Chapelle Cabernet Franc 2021 is produced using 100% Cabernet Franc. Harvest is performed by hand to ensure careful selection of grapes. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a combination of whole clusters and crushed fruit. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for four months. It then undergoes a further six months of bottle aging before commercialization. The property has been in organic farming since 2022.
