WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Château de Nages Héritage Blanc begins with a manual harvest and sorting. Following a cold stabulation on lees for five days, fermentation is carried out using native yeasts. Grenache Blanc and Clairette ferment in cement tanks, while Viognier ferments in old barrels. The wine then undergoes an 8-month aging period on its total lees, with 50% maturing in barrels and 50% in concrete vats, developing its texture and complexity.
