WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Château de Villeneuve Saumur-Blanc 2023 is produced using 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. The winemaking process begins with direct pressing of the grapes. Fermentation is carried out using native yeasts, with approximately 30% of the wine fermented in barrels and the remainder in vats. The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Following fermentation, it is aged for 4 months on its fine lees. The harvest is performed by hand.
