WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Château Dereszla Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos 2017 involves the careful selection of Furmint, Hárslevelű, and Zéta grapes affected by noble rot. These Aszú berries undergo a 24-hour maceration period before being gently pressed. Fermentation is conducted by selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 30 months in second and third-fill oak barrels.
