WINE MAKING PROCESS
For the Château Galoupet Cru Classé 2023, 40% of the wine underwent vinification in 600-liter French oak demi-muids, with 60% new and 40% one-year-old oak. Following fermentation, this portion was aged on fine lees for four to five months before the final blend was assembled. This specific approach to oak aging and lees contact contributes to the wine's structured body and complex aromatic profile, distinguishing it within the Côtes de Provence rosé category.
