WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Haut-Marbuzet 2018 is produced using grapes from vines averaging around 30 years old, grown on gravel, clay, and limestone soils. The harvest is conducted by hand at high maturity. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated concrete and large wooden vats, followed by malolactic fermentation in vats. The wine is then aged for approximately 18 to 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Integrated Pest Management is utilized in the vineyard.
