WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Château Jean Faux Sainte Radegonde Blanc involves manual harvesting of grapes. Fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak used. The wine then undergoes aging on lees in these barrels for six to nine months. Malolactic fermentation is not employed. The estate adheres to certified biodynamic and organic farming practices in its vineyards.
