Vineyards were established after a severe winter in 1956 destroyed olive groves. The vineyards are situated at the base of Mont Ventoux, benefiting from clay-limestone soils and alluvial gravel. The estate is committed to organic viticulture and blending traditional methods with eco-technology. The wine is primarily made from Grenache and Syrah, with some Carignan also present.
