WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Les Cèdres 2015 is produced by Domaine Wardy using hand-harvested grapes from the Bekaa Valley. The grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 15-day period of skin maceration. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The producer has also engaged in planting new organic vineyards.
