WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process at Château Musar involves fermenting each grape variety separately in concrete vats using natural yeasts, with fermentation temperatures controlled below 30°C. After fermentation, the wines mature for 12 months in French Nevers oak barrels. Following this, the blend is aged further in cement tanks. The 2018 vintage was bottled unfined and unfiltered and underwent an extensive aging period, including four years in the estate's cellars before release. The estate employs organic farming practices.
