WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Pont de Brion 2022 is produced using traditional winemaking techniques. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation, followed by over 10 months of aging in French oak barrels. During this aging period, the wine is kept on its lees with regular stirring (bâttonage) to enhance texture and complexity. The estate is also in conversion to organic farming.
