WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Puy-Razac 2018 is produced using modern cultivation methods, including short pruning, disbudding, green harvesting, leaf stripping, and manual harvesting. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks and barrels, followed by aging for 12 to 16 months in a mix of tanks (25%), new oak barrels (25%), and barrels with one or more wines (50%). The winemaking process emphasizes respect for the terroir and fruit, with a focus on controlled, high-quality production through 'assemblage' (blending).
