WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process at Château Rocher Corbin begins with manual sorting of grapes and individual berries to ensure quality. Pre-cold maceration is followed by a 5-week maceration period in temperature-controlled tanks. Fermentations are spontaneous. Since the 2016 harvest, winemaking has been conducted without sulfur additions. The wine is subsequently aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, with approximately 50% of the barrels being new.
