ABOUT THIS WINE
Château Siran is one of the oldest estates in the Margaux appellation, with a history dating back to the 15th century. Located in the southern part of Margaux in the commune of Labarde, the estate has been owned by the Miailhe family since 1859. Siran is highly regarded for its consistent quality and exceptional value, often rivaling classified growths. The estate's unique terroir consists of fine gravel and sand over a clay-limestone subsoil, which provides excellent drainage and imparts a distinct elegance and minerality to the wines.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2022 vintage was harvested manually with strict sorting both in the vineyard and at the winery. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats to optimize extraction and preserve fruit purity. The wine was aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, of which about 35% were new, allowing the oak to integrate seamlessly without overpowering the delicate Margaux fruit profile.
