WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Sociando-Mallet 2020 is produced using classical winemaking techniques. Grapes are manually harvested in small crates and sorted meticulously. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel vats, with a vatting duration of approximately 25 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 90% new oak barrels, with a total aging period of 18 months. The estate utilizes traditional farming practices and focuses on soil improvement.
