WINE MAKING PROCESS
The E. Guigal Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2019 is produced using traditional winemaking methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with temperature control, followed by a maceration period of approximately three weeks. The wine is then aged for two to three years in large oak foudres. Extended bottle aging may also occur.
