WINE MAKING PROCESS
Brewed as an ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo using top-grade Yamada Nishiki rice polished to a high degree. Following the fermentation process, the sake is aged in French oak casks sourced directly from the Argonne Forest in France, provided by Champagne Henri Giraud. This oak maturation is highly unconventional for sake, imparting a unique structural complexity and a rich array of wood-derived characteristics.
