WINE MAKING PROCESS
Monteraponi Chianti Classico Riserva Il Campitello 2019 is produced using certified organic grapes. Fermentation takes place in unlined cement tanks with native yeasts, followed by at least 25 days of skin contact. The wine then ages for approximately 24 to 36 months in large oak barrels of Austrian, Slavonian, and Burgundian origin. Grapes are hand-harvested.
