WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico involves the soft pressing of grapes, followed by a short maceration period with the skins lasting 16 to 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 15-16°C to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine is then preserved in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks, a method that maintains its vibrant character. The vineyards are situated in the classic hilly area of Lake Garda, utilizing a traditional espalier growing system on gravelly and morainic soils.
