WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness from the estate vineyards in southern Moldova. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit profile of the Rara Neagră and the plush texture of the Merlot. A portion of the blend undergoes short aging in oak barrels to add subtle complexity and round out the tannins before final blending and bottling.
