WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted using the traditional method, this multi-vintage blend incorporates reserve wines to maintain consistency and depth. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the high natural acidity. It is aged on its lees in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months, followed by disgorgement and a precise dosage to balance the vibrant structure.
