Clonal Selection Pinot Noir

The Kershaw Wines Clonal Selection Pinot Noir 2022 is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from seven small parcels within the Elgin region. The winemaking process often involves spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts. The wine is then aged for approximately 10-11 months in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak used. Clonal selection, focusing on French clones such as PN777 and PN115, is a key technique employed to highlight the specific characteristics of the vineyard sites.
