WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Clos du Tue-Boeuf Vin Blanc 2022 is produced using organically farmed grapes. The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention, with spontaneous fermentation occurring via natural yeasts. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. For this specific 'Vin Blanc' cuvée, it is lightly sulfured before bottling. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with very little to no added sulfur, with this being the only Tue Boeuf wine to be fined and very lightly sulfured.
