WINE MAKING PROCESS
Clos Monlleó is produced using grapes from vines over 50 years old. Fermentation occurs in old, ceramic-lined underground tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in 100% new French oak barrels from Allier. The wine is then unfiltered and clarified before bottling. Production is limited, typically ranging between 2,000 and 4,000 bottles.
