WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Clos Saint-Florent Saumur Blanc is produced using 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo light pressing. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, and the wine is subsequently aged in these barrels for 12 months. Vineyard management practices include natural ground cover, mechanical work, and selective canopy management techniques such as de-budding, leaf-thinning, and green harvesting when required.
