Produced by Quinta Colinas de São Lourenço, now part of The Fladgate Partnership, the estate was founded in 2001 with a mission to enhance Bairrada's wine reputation. WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Colinas Reserva Cuvée Brut Nature is produced using the traditional method, a process that involves secondary fermentation in the bottle. The grapes are vinified under controlled conditions. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes extended aging periods, first in oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle. This extended maturation is a key element in developing the wine's character and structure.
